How Service Works
There's no online request form — call or message the shop directly, and have this ready:
- Call the shop with your equipment brand, model, and the problem
- Confirm we service your equipment and what to bring
- Drop it off, or ask the shop about other arrangements if that doesn't work for you
- Get the diagnosis and repair information before work proceeds
Turnaround depends on the season and current shop workload — ask when you call. ECHO equipment is serviced by an ECHO servicing dealer.
